Daily Wear: Swim, bathe, and move freely. Avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine, cleaning agents, perfume, and cosmetics, which may accelerate tarnish or affect gemstones.
Storage: Store your Never Late creations in anti-tarnish pouches or lined jewelry boxes away from humidity. Individual compartments prevent pieces from scratching each other.
Cleaning: For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush for detailed areas. Thoroughly dry with a microfiber cloth. For enhanced luster, apply a small amount of silver polish with a soft cloth, working in small circular motions.
Embracing Character: Some collectors prefer the distinguished look of naturally oxidized silver. This darkening in recessed areas highlights design details and creates dramatic contrast—a beautiful reminder of silver's living quality.

Each design begins in our NYC studio and is brought to life by master artisans in Jaipur, India, a city renowned for its jewelry-making and gemstone heritage. We also partner with skilled craftsmen in New York’s Jewelry District for special editions and occasional detailing.
We exclusively use genuine solid 925 sterling silver—the highest grade used in fine jewelry. Composed of 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% other metals, this premium blend gives each piece a substantial weight and enduring strength.

We offer complimentary standard shipping in the United States, Canada, and European Union. For other regions, shipping rates are displayed upon check out and dependent on your location.
Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3-7 days of shipping. International orders may take up to 14 days to arrive from the date of shipment. Please reach out to concierge@neverlatenyc.com for all order inquiries. We respond to messages within 24 hours.
We stand behind the quality of every Never Late piece. For orders within the United States, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided pieces remain in unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging intact.
